Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT has been clinically effective in thousands of cases for Stress & Anxiety, Fears & Phobias, Depression, Addictive Cravings (particularly related to food and drink), Trauma & Abuse, Children's Issues and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties. EFT is a unique form of “psychological acupuncture” that uses the ancient Chinese meridian system to relieve psychological stress and physiological pain.

EFT balances the energy system with a tapping procedure which stimulates designated meridian endpoints on the face and body. Restoring the balance of the energy system neutralises emotional conflicts at their source, which then allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.

 We were professionally trained more than 3 years ago when EFT was in its infancy in the UK and therefore have considerable and many years of experience of helping people.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, has fast gaining popularity, and for good reason. Recently used by Paul PcKenna on GMTV to help people with phobias and cravings it is a simple, rapid and very effective form of therapy.
